How can leaders become agents of change?
Although most leaders are trained in leading change, it is much harder to turn the leadership team into an agent of change. Understanding the impact of change on fears and hopes but also working from the same script is essential. It is inevitable that members of the team start juggling for power positions and sometimes try to protect their business unit. Mature teams therefore know they need coaching to work on questions like:
