Maybe the leadership has changed, or two teams may have merged. Or it may simply be that the team has somehow become gridlocked and is unable to progress. A working imbalance may be triggered in any number of ways, altering the team’s modus operandi. How can the team move forward to achieve the higher performance that all members are capable of? Multiple sessions with individual members of the team, and collective sessions with the entire team ensure that channels of communication are open and clear.
